How do I subscribe?

Open the app and tap any locked recipe — you'll be offered a 3-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription continues at $6.99/month or $49.99/year. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel: open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → tap Subscriptions → tap My Barista Friend → tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email us at dakota@inclinedma.com and we'll handle it for you.

I'm not seeing video tutorials. Where are they?

Video tutorials are launching with version 1.1 in early July 2026. The current release is text and step-based recipes. When videos go live, they'll appear automatically in your existing recipes — no update or new download required.

What devices does the app work on?

My Barista Friend runs on iPhone with iOS 16 or later. iPad support and Android are on the roadmap but not yet available.
